For those prone to losing phones just as the battery is dying, a newly redesigned app from mobile security company Lookout allows you to locate a mobile device even when it’s dead.

Lookout launched on Tuesday a new app for Android devices with a slew of smart features — from protecting against dialer-based attacks to an activity log of threats you encounter. But perhaps the most compelling is its Signal Flare feature, which automatically flags the last location of a phone when its battery starts to die.
